Communications

All communication at Prospect Primary School, when possible is done electronically via email, Skoolbag or Seesaw. Hard copies of documents may be used from time to time eg, when a signature is required.

To be well informed please ensure you have access to Skoolbag and Seesaw.

Skoolbag is used for whole school communications including newsletters, alerts and reminders, traditionally everything that would have gone home with your child in their schoolbag. Parents / carers can also notify the school of student absences via the app.

How to download Skoolbag

Seesaw is used by all teachers for class communications, including class news, photos of students' learning as well as a way parents / carers can message the teacher directily.

How to install Seesaw

Email is used to communicate whole school information and to distribute student reports at the end of semester 1 and 2. Please ensure you keep the school updated with changes of email addresses.
